A Word From Margaret
"I feel like a traveler about to embark on an amazing journey." These words were spoken to me by my husband, David, and I found them so curious, at the time, that I wrote them down in a journal where I recorded inspirational quotes and personal reflections. Unfortunately, I didn't date the entry, only the year that the journal commenced. The year was 2005. David did, indeed, embark on an amazing journey.
As his wife, I shared some of David's journey, but the most amazing thing that I witnessed, commenced before The Valentine Prophecies--I saw an unbelievable transformation in David himself. I saw a man who gave up drinking alcohol--because God told him to. I saw a man who used to dye his gray hair and talk of having his second chin surgically removed so that he could look younger, stop dyeing his hair and grow a beard (as gray as his hair!)--because God told him to. I saw a man who dreamt of retiring and travelling Australia in a mobile home and sailing the oceans in a yacht, change direction and become a prophet of God, planting seed in God's field and giving up his own dreams and his own finances--because he heard the call of God. I saw a man spend many hours every day with God--worshipping, praying and reading the Bible--because God told him to come closer and spend more time with him. I listened to a man talk constantly about God (and I do mean constantly)--because he was so filled up with God and so much in love with God that he just couldn't talk about anyone else! Those of us who know David have marveled at his transformation. It is a testimony to the work of the Holy Spirit within him.
It saddens me that many Christian brothers and sisters who do not know David, and judging by their comments, do not know what is in the Bible, have verbally attacked him. It is evidence of the spiritual perversion of God's people today, when a God-fearing man who delivers a scriptural message of repentance, obedience, one hundred percent love for God, and a return to one church with Christ as head, is labelled "delusional," "satanic," "the beast," "false prophet," and his message is dismissed as "a lie from the devil himself."
The amazing journey continues. It is not fueled by church sanctions, or pastors' permission, or people's approval, but by the authority of Almighty God and the power of the Holy Spirit. ~ Margaret Dellit
